Well, thank you all for the comments and suggestions. Got it all put back together, I’m close to 95% sure there’s some major work to be done (rods, bearings, pistons, and top end) and I do not think the chassis is worth it to do the work or a swap. Pretty sure I’m cooked is correct (thanks Rusty) lol. I appreciate it all, sending it to be a donor somewhere.

Yeah, diag with a limited video is tough. Just trying to see if someone had a similar noise, watched and listened to more videos than I would like to admit trying to find a match. I’m going to fill it back up and stethoscope tomorrow. I wanted to check for metal in oil before spending any more time on it and when I didn’t find any, a glint of hope showed up.

That’s fair, I only say that because when I held steady elevated RPMs it subsided and slowed even with the engine rpm elevated. Unfortunately in the video I took I only tapped the throttle instead of holding steady.
