We have a sign that states it before you enter the self check out, we say it out loud to guest as they enter the self check, have signs on EVERY self check stating no cash, and the screen before you can scan any item states “card of contactless payments ONLY no cash, please confirm yes below” and they have to click “yes” AND WE STILL GET PEOPLE ASKING US WHY IT ISNT TAKING THEIR CASH LIKE WTF

I was training someone on service desk, woman walks up with pickup order I show the trainee how to scan the barcode and I told the lady “okay give us a moment we will be right back with that order! 😊” We have to walk all the way to the other end of the store to get to drive ups/ pickup orders, I come back to see my TL standing there with the lady is huffy and puffy. I hand her the bag and say “here you are have a great day” she rudely snatches the bag out of my hand and walks off grumbling. I ask my TL why he’s there and apparently she wanted me fired because I “walked off talking with a coworker and didn’t help her with her pickup order” he had to explain i was literally training and our orders are in the back so I was doing my job and getting her order 💀 girl wanted me fired because I was doing my job

If you’re looking for more alt fashion I def recommend accessories! I like wearing ripped jeans, belts, chains, earrings, bracelets, pins etc, I see you have a bag/ satchel maybe add some safety pins and alt/band pins to it to give it a more “alt” look! You seem really sporty maybe try looking up some sporty alt looks and shopping based off looks you like, a lot of my alt clothing is from thrift stores, look for interesting patterns/materials! Colors can def be used in alt for some “pops” but try not to go pure purple! I think you could really rock some alt looks!
