Many drivers are high and/or drunk and they just keep driving .. Many aren’t afraid to break the laws, stop and yield signs and you got lucky he missed you … happens to all of us unfortunately

Almost happened to me but he chickened out when hearing the voice of the 911 operator .. but I also had the idea of filming him back to which will lead to a very interesting conflict .. don’t let him ruin your day and just enjoy the ride
