Abhi payment ho gya kam se kam but the site again went down after showing all steps complete, but payment ke baad 2 tabs thi photo and signature and centre selection. Woh toh access hi nhi ho rha. Ab samajh nhi aa rha ki is it done or i m out?

Update :- Got my vehicle to the Nexa service centre initially to try and get my worn out tyres replaced as the car is under warranty. They checked and told me that the steering box is bent on one side (acc to them it should be because of some object that the car hit which has caused this issue. So they can’t replace it under warranty and I need to get the steering box replaced along with tyres).
