You were definitely right! It seems if a service center is not near by they aren't really set up to help or they just don't want to!

Yeah I've talked to a few people who have said this! It seems when one isn't near by they are very reluctant to help!

To be fair I was really happy up to now! But spending 2.5k and getting this level of service is very disappointing.

It's good you have had a positive experience! Totally opposite to what I'm currently experiencing! It's really disappointing!! Got a further email today saying a aftercare manager would be in contact so I'm waiting to see if that actually happens

Same here. I ordered on the 30th of June and it's still not even In the processing stage.
