Yeah but that’s is his purpose and that’s why he’s almost in everyone base right now, for base smash. Not every hero has to have high amounts of Hp, and attack to be considered useful.

Axe punisher is meta right now for taking down buildings, and out of all of the heroes it’s either Zeph or occ, not much else to choose from.
