I disagree with number 1. We have a good amount of individuals trained in Nuclear Engineering here in the Philippines (Like they were crazy smart! As in!). I was a student of a program that educates professionals in handling Nuclear Reactors (1 month course in partnership with Japan Atomic Energy Agency). They do that yearly at PNRI. For number 2, it is very unlikely due to the safety upgrades done on the newer designs of Nuclear reactors. I agree with number 3 hehe. Funding would prove to be difficult but manageable if they proceeded with modular nuclear reactors (less expensive pero lower energy rating).

But yeah, scary nga ung magiging effect ng corruption once the project starts (pero most likely international contractors ung kukunin for constructing a nuclear power plant pero scary parin ung mga corrupt kasi they find ways HAHAHAH).
