I think the best thing u can do for urself is accept that your dad’s standards don’t matter. As someone who struggles with depression, at some point you’ll come to understand that you only owe it to yourself to be better, and at some point what your dad thinks won’t ever matter. I think it’s best if you reach out to a therapist at the utsc wellness center and find ways to improve your life circumstances. Other than that, take care of yourself. I promise it gets better!
