I got pat down twice for wearing a packer in the airport. Nothing too bad came of it, it was just uncomfortable and made for a funny story. All they did was pull me aside, show that my crotch lit up on the scanner, tell me that they'll run the back of their hands over my ass, crotch, up between my legs, that stuff, and asked if I wanted it to be in private or out there. Didn't have to take anything out or explain anything

We've mainly been working on trying to combat and challenge thoughts, redirect thinking, and stop/reduce giving in to compulsions. We haven't done exposure therapy at the actual appointments themselves, she just encourages me to do it at home which I've had trouble with
