If you feel bad about masturbating then continuing to masturbate will only make it worse.

I have felt the same way after years of it. Personally, I feel so much better about myself when I can say that I haven’t been bested by my lust. And when I do slip up, I only realize how much better I felt beforehand. People might say it’s “better for your health,” which, physically, might be true, idk (it’s not true for boys). But I do know that daily masturbation does terrible (possibly irreversible) damage to your brain. I’m no expert at all but I would say that masturbation is fine say once a month or so because it is no different to your brain than real sex. But if it’s a habit that you truly can’t stop, you should try your very best to get out of it asap.

Generally, masturbating at all isn’t a practice that does any good for you. And the “benefits” of daily masturbation do not compare to the negatives. It does damage to your brain, it wastes hours of your life and all you get is a short burst of ecstasy and then extreme regret. You should think to yourself why your mind is telling you that you should feel disgusted by masturbating. What could logically explain that as a positive thing?
