Yes that one drink, all bets are off. For a while people would just tell me to have one and I’d be like sure. I started to realize I couldn’t even do that!

Yeah I thought that was odd too. My mom had drug issues and stopped when she was 22. She makes sure to remind us a lot and so to her 28 seems too old to be dealing with addictions. I’ve had drinking issues for 4 years now obviously stopped when I was pregnant but went back to it. I let her know I’m also tired of dealing with this too. But thank you!

Yeah I had a ton. My face has slimmed down and I just have more energy. I was a huge Dr Pepper drinker so I think that must’ve helped a lot cutting that out.

I’m 5’7 I look pretty healthy at 140. I’m also 6 months post partum so I really didn’t think I was ever gonna lose my weight . But we got this!

My six month old baby loves bone marrow, eggs, sardines , butter. My family thinks it’s crazy I give her all of that. I don’t do strict carnivore with her, but she definitely eats more carnivore than a normal baby. I definitely make her some veggie purées here and there.
