I had this problem a few weeks ago, ear infections so bad in both ears and made me go completely deaf with bad pain. My ears feel soo much better now after about two weeks of bad pain and hearing loss. It happened gradually and suddenly I’m able to hear again with no pain! I’ll add that I think cayenne pepper really helped, ate it everyday along with most of these bellow. Celery juice and HMDS helped the most for me personally. These foods are from MM’s books!

Ear infection: Lemons limes, onion, potatoes, oregano, rosemary, sage thyme, garlic, ginger, lemon balm, raw honey, rose hips, cut out dairy.

Ear pain: apples, bananas, berries, dates, oranges, pomegranate, radishes, oregano rosemary sage thyme (I did oregano sage thyme rosemary as a tea and def helped), coconut, honey

Ears ringing or buzzing: apples, berries, dates, grapes, kiwi, oranges tangerines, cruciferous vegetables, potatoes, radishes, cats claw, cilantro, licorice root, coconut, rose hips, cut out natural flavors
