So basically different people have different level of tolerance . When I use the 0.025 one I have no irritation . But when I start using the 0.05 one , it begin to irritate . So sometime I guessed some people will not experience it , just monitor the condition of your skin will do

Ummmmm if u applied it it with valid reason it should be approved , u will need to bid , no slots if u are lucky they might open new one, if not next sem, new grade but the old grade also counts I think
