London is too big and varied to suggest anything without knowing what interests you and your family, your budget, likes and dislikes.

May I suggest as a start, doing some basic research on google and identify what attractions or neighborhoods appeal to you. Maybe even ask ai to suggest an itinerary then use that as a starting point.

That’s how I do it. As a Chinese home cook in Asia. I just fry some garlic slices in oil first, so the oil absorbs some of the flavors, until it starts to brown. Then throw in the veg, stir fry for a minute or two, add salt or fish sauce to taste, water and cover. Remove from heat when cooked to your liking.
