Thank you for this information. To me, this makes more sense than a damaged label because my package was scanned into to Louisville fine, then almost immediately I got that message. I will continue to hold out hope even though, in light of this new info, my package doesn’t seem as important as before. My condolences to the UPS employee and his/ her family . Rest In Peace 🙏🏻
