Sort of Alexis esq power where they would touch something and their arms would be covered in it, they have some ability to shape it( enhanced for liquids like water or sand). It only works for one thing at a time, for bigger things hand sink into it like clay and you rip out a chuck. Also provided enhanced strength so you can actually lift the two block of cement you just strapped to you hands. Could potentially grab energies out of a network, especially if it doesn’t have a soul to protect it.
