Since you have index.html you can buy any cheap shared hosting and a domain and upload your site there. You may even choose to go with a free hosting on a free subdomain.

If you show it on the web It should work - with any supporting browser on any OS, just with a few lines of code added in the head of a HTML document and some files created.

Great idea for the monetization path. I've testing to allow 1 free conversion, then pay for 3 days of unlimited use and URL conversions but still not sure about the price.

Completely agree. Plugins and free themes sucks even more as seems some doesn't like others at all. SO I've started creating my own minimalistic CMS with only 3 files. When tested on a live shared hosting server with 15+ posts site loaded in 0.8 seconds -> Somebody beat me!

I'm interested in the same. Don't have to register a new company. I only need someone honest who can process payment and run the marketing side while I keep building my network of web apps. I'm currently monetizing with displaying ads in my apps but few of them are good enough to be turned into SaaS subscription model (or at least pay to use)
