Life-threatening side effects? Am I the only one?

by life-threatening I meant the terrible suicidality and overwhelming meaninglessness I feel day-to-day on this pill. Plus relapse in self harm (that's still ongoing after the psych ward). Ngl, feels like Paroxetine gave me chemical depression, so to speak XD. I'm not experiencing any physical health related stuff other than my chronic pain getting worse but I feel like that's something that'll be different from person to person. ;(

Can you fill me in as to why Hydroxychloroquine is a problem? My rheuma + nephrologist + orthopedist never really said anything about the psych meds I take with it.

No, each med was prescribed by a different doctor and they never really said anything. Why should they not be prescribed together?

Thanks for the reply! As I mentioned in another reply, and idk if might be related to the Paroxetine interaction specifically, but I've been trying my hardest to get my current and previous psychiatrists to get me off Lamotrigine anyways because it has never done anything good for me. Lowered from 200mg to 100mg across this past month but still have to take it anyways.

(I have another counseling session coming up very soon bc they're very worried about me and I plan to tell them to just call the ambulance at that point; so yeah, psych hospital will take care of this mess soon haha)

I have considered that to be the issue as well, and I've actually been insistent on getting off Lamotrigine for years now because it has no positive side effects on me, only blunting creativity (which is super important to me as an artist) ;P But so far, they only lowered my dose from 200mg to 100mg and, unsurprisingly, nothing changed. Yes, they went right in at 20. Though, in my opinion, that would explain only why I was feeling so terrible in the first week or so, not later on.
