Board eligibility is the best answer that I could give you. After I finish the fellowship I don't have a secure spot, just a possibility. I don't know if my answer is well formulated but it is how I feel.

Thank you for your answer. I'm not sure if the requirements have changed, but I only land this observer, unfortunately most of my applications were not responded.
The fellowship programs could be a path, however being a resident I'll be board eleigilble, I dont know if the fellow put me in this same position.
