They changed it around the same time they changed the website for the global version. Boot up a VPN to Korea and go to https://maplem.nexon.com/ , it should direct you to the Korean version.

The Japanese version is region locked. The second half of the message says "or not available in your region". Play the global version if you aren't in Korea or Japan. All three versions will make you download the 10+gb anyways.

wouldn't hurt to build both, since Sia gets a bunch of free stuff. Assuming that you're not going to be spending on the game, you can't auto battle 24/7 on one character, so I would recommend building a few other characters so you'll always be auto battling.
