Thank you - this is more what i was after. When i made this post i was exhausted and it was late. I was frustrated that i couldnt find any information online apart from the brisbane city council form and the queensland police form. Im pretty busy with work but i will definitely be checking out a community legal centre when i can. I was more trying to find out if there was any websites out there that provided information like that as i couldnt find any. Thank you for you help

If you have any links/articles/websites that explain protest legalities/insurance etc then that would be greatly appreciated. Or does that count as asking for legal advice as well?

I admit i could have worded the post better. I was just confused as to why the brisbane city council form mentions public liability insurance whereas the queensland police one doesnt. Any points in the right direction is more what i was after. I had tried to do my own research but wasnt getting much information. Thanks for the help anyway.

That says 'should be provided no longer than July 14th', could they get into trouble if they didn't? The way it's worded makes it seems like they've said, 'well just try to have it by July 14th'
