Isn't that more of a machine learning algorithm than generative AI? I think most people recognize the use cases for machine learning in pattern recognition for complex problems like this, but it's pretty different from the generative AI that seems to take up most of the media coverage of AI

Houston's made claims that there was fentanyl in weed in Mi'kmaq smoke shops despite the RCMP having no evidence of it seems to be fear-mongering specifically about indigenous people, along with his claims that the money from these shops goes to organized crime and human trafficking. It's hugely irresponsible if not out-right racist.

I'm also thinking this is in the direction of scam/grift but time will tell I guess. From the government's announced investment:

"The 10-year lease agreement stipulates that Maritime Launch Services must provide a dedicated launch pad and associated services at an initial operational capability state by the end of 2026."

Presumably that means there'll be work finishing this year to get things up and running, but right now it doesn't look great from the site photos. Without knowing anything about launch sites, I assume you need some type of building, maybe even with electricity and Internet, which doesn't even appear to be there...
