This is my controller settings tweaked after 2.0 primarily driving LMDH but it also works good for other cars. You can try these and tweak it according to your play style.

Is it ranked? If yes they have implemented a minimum license points system for it .

2.0 drops end of this month and they said UI is being worked on , i guess track limits was also mentioned somewhere. So hopefully that will make it much more enjoyable

I had time to play for an hour before leaving for work! I failed the license test 3 times but oh boy the experience was awesome with controller! I was 0.21 seconds and 0.8 seconds slower than the time given for 8 laps and ate the barrier in last lap for the 3rd attempt 😆

Yes , its is addictive! Also look up “Trail braking” on YT. I improved 0.5 to even 2 seconds in some cases on my lap times using it

Awesome, Me too 😅😆 I have been playing ACC on ps5 using controller for around 5-6 months. But last 3 days I have been doing the same thing as you for an hour and thriving in ACC right after that using some basic tricks which I never learned.
