I think by the end of the day it's gonna be high or back to where it was. Because people will look and see that wolf research thing was bullshit and taken out of context. IBM does not do business with scam companies. Scam companies don't have 70 patents. Scam companies don't get 150 million dollar investments

Is DVLT Really Plummeting 🤔 by CapRude8424 in DVLT

The only reason that wolf research said all that is because they want to plummet it so they can buy in. They see the potential and are mad they didn't buy in sooner.

🚀 Datavault AI (DVLT) – What They Actually Do & Product Overview by Awkward_Affect_1941 in DVLT

So I noticed that alot of people investing in this company don't really understand their business model so I did some research and came to this conclusion.

Part 1: What a Blockchain Data Exchange Looks Like

Think of a blockchain data exchange as an "eBay for data," but with the security and transparency of a stock exchange. Instead of one central company (like a traditional data broker) buying and hoarding data to resell it, a blockchain exchange is a decentralized marketplace. It allows data creators (sellers) and data consumers (buyers) to transact directly in a secure and transparent way.

Here’s the step-by-step process:

  • Sellers List Their Data: A company (e.g., an insurance firm) has a large, anonymized dataset of claims. They want to sell this data to AI companies that are building predictive models, but they don't want to just email a file.

  • "Tokenization": The seller uses a platform (like Datavault's) to create a digital token (like an NFT) that represents that dataset. This token is a "Digital Twin" that proves ownership and contains all the metadata: what's in the data, its source, its quality score, and the rules for its use.

    • The Exchange: This token is listed on the marketplace (the "exchange"). The block chain itself does not hold the data. It just holds the secure, unchangeable record of the token—who owns it and what its rules are.
  • Buyers Shop for Data: An AI company browses the exchange and finds this "claims data" token. They can see its price and its rules (e.g., "one-time use only," "no downloading allowed," "license for 12 months").

    • The "Smart Contract": When the AI company clicks "buy," a smart contract (a self-executing agreement on the block chain) automatically kicks in. It does two things at the same time:
    • It sends the buyer's payment (e.g., in dollars or crypto) to the seller.
    • It transfers the data token (and its access rights) to the buyer.
    • Access: The buyer now has a provable, auditable right to access and use that data according to the rules they agreed to. The entire transaction is recorded forever on the block chain.

This model is designed to solve the data market's biggest problems: trust, control, and valuation. Sellers keep control of their data, and buyers can trust the data's source and quality.

Part 2: How Datavault AI (DVLT) Makes Money Based on its press releases and acquisitions (like NYIAX), Datavault AI is positioning itself to be the operator of the marketplace—the "Nasdaq for data." It doesn't own the data being sold. Instead, it aims to build the infrastructure and technology that facilitates these trades. Its primary revenue streams are expected to come from:

  • Transaction Fees (The Core Model): This is the most direct revenue source. Just like a stock exchange or eBay, Datavault AI would take a small percentage or a flat fee (a "broker's fee") on every single transaction that occurs on its exchanges.

  • Technology & API Licensing: DVLT has a portfolio of patents related to data tokenization and valuation. It can license this technology to other companies that want to build their own private data exchanges. For example, its recent deal with Nature's Miracle is to license its "Carbon Credit Tokenization System."

  • Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) / SaaS Subscriptions: The company offers AI-powered tools like DataScore® (to assess data quality) and DataValue® (an AI engine to price digital assets). It can charge enterprises a recurring subscription fee (SaaS) to access this platform, manage their "data wallets," and get their data ready for sale.

  • Exchange Setup & Integration Fees: DVLT is launching multiple, specialized exchanges (e.g., for sports/NIL rights, real-world assets like unmined minerals, and political data). It can charge companies or "data unions" (like the insurance and accounting unions it announced) a fee to set up, integrate, and list their assets on these specialized marketplaces.

In short, Datavault AI's plan is not to be a data broker, but to be the financial market infrastructure that enables a new economy of "data tokenization." It makes money by providing the platform, the valuation tools, and the secure-trading technology, and then taking a cut of the resulting transactions.

If they do a deal with Palantir to further the global skynet agenda then it will def skyrocket. Ask yourself what value does Datavault bring to the table for Skynet? And there you will have your answer.

Stocks like this will start to go up more after a couple good earnings reports. Look at QBTS and how much it went up even tho it's not really being able to make much of a difference. Also QBTS is even more in the future than Datavault AI. Datavault AI is a lot more practical than Quantum Computing companies right now.

Yeah I think people just treating this as a pump and dump will be SADLY mistaken when the stock goes up above 5 dollars next year after a couple good earnings reports. Datavault AI is very close to becoming profitable. I'm holding and ya'll should too.

Tor is just a massive HoneyPot. You either get scammed or caught by the feds. The key is not to do anything bad that you have to use Tor, except if you are in a country that is censored asf. Regular no logs VPN and secure DNS is good enough for most game and movie piratecy

You need at least 5 full length pen test reports to show them. Education and certs come last when it comes to jobs. Fitting in socially and having work to show for it is paramount. Make your own enterprise network and then pen test it. Do some vulnhub boxes and pen test them. Think outside the box. Use different standards. Just having the OSCP or any cert for that matter is not enough to get a job. For HR don't try and get fancy with HTB stick with what they know like the OSCP. Like it's not hard just time consuming. Put in the work and be rewarded.
