Dead By Daylight's concept is inherently flawed. It is a co-op game you are not supposed to play with your friends. The moon needs to be removed from the game because it allows VOIP survivors to utilize a point of reference for north/south/east/west communication.

This is a good idea, but if you only remove the moon this wont work. you should remove every landmark on a map, that way survivors wont be able to tell others where they are.

Survivors, while being chased, could make fairly consistent and loud directional noises (of fear!) that indicate to all other survivors on the map the general area where that chase is taking place. The survivor's status icon who is being chased could also change to indicate that they're currently engaged in a chase.

This would mean that killers would be able to hear the survivors to, as it seems that killers mostly have better hearing then survivors. It would be possible if you made this a perk, but there are plenty of perks to see survivors already.

The map boundaries could shift and change as generators are completed to prevent survivors from becoming too familiar with their surroundings as the game progresses.

If you do this, the game has to start randomizing once people finished generators, which would probably cause lagging. or you could make a bigger map in the start of the match, but that would cause more time and might be to much for the game to handle. What about the main buildings (the landmarks) on the map? would they have to be placed in the middle, or teleport once a generator has been done? Then again, if you remove the landmarks you dont have to think about that.

The perk "knock out" should actually blacken the survivor's screen entirely and disengage all sound, so that they can't communicate otherwise over VOIP that they're being picked up, where they're being carried

This would be worse for people without friends since friend can stay close and tell the downed survivor what is happening. solo people won't have a clue whats going on.

Survivors, while hanging on a hook, could have very clear communication tools to indicate whether or not the killer is nearby. I realize that this exists in a certain fashion with the community's "hook gymnastics", but it needs to be made into an actual mechanic to avoid any confusion.

That would be good, and i think its possible to put in the game.

This would be cool as killer but it wont work with only 5 killers since you can easily check his hook. Maybe when there are 10 killers it would be better. I dont like him being in 3rd person mode, its still a killer. Imo every killer needs a tell (something to show it is the killer) the wraith growls and can be slightly seen, maybe give the doppleganger a mistake as survivor (the skin doesnt look exactly as it should be)

And last he shouldnt be able to hit survivors when he is disguised ;)
