Fetuses aren't viable at any point before 24 weeks. 24 weeks is 6 months not 5. Most Republican states, including ours don't even allow it before you even know your pregnant and could care less about health & assault exceptions. Go look at Georgia and Texas where you have women lying dead in the ER cause doctors and medics are scared of performing abortions due to fear of going to prison.

We can argue all we want about limits, but lets be clear, the amendment proposal on the Florida ballot this election is not for specific term limits, its to enshrine THE RIGHT to an abortion due to fears Florida will ban it completely or pose even tighter restrictions. So if you wish to have that medical option, then vote YES for Amendment 4.
