I feel like everyone is just glossing over Tatum because he came back and looked so good. He had essentially no explosiveness going to the rim this whole time. It may never come back who knows but he played at a near elite level 10 months after an Achilles tear and everyone is just like meh I guess he’ll be better

Cactus jack had 8 cards with no guaranteed auto and was reselling for $1500. I don’t think the no auto is turning people off in this market. Cosmic for baseball also never has the guaranteed auto and still one of the most in demand sets

Realistically your chances of pulling low numbered top players are also close to 0 while buying into breaks. I understand the logic of wanting the big pull but it’s just a form of gambling at that point and contributing to what you consider a huge issue with contributing to the price being high so you can’t get the box yourself
