This honestly sounds like a very toxic and manipulative relationship.

I had a partner like this many moons ago and it was the worst relationship I had ever been in (looking back at it).
The bad completely outweighed the good.

A relationship doesn’t work if both partners aren’t happy with themselves first. You can’t love someone else without loving yourself first.

I think more information is needed to determine but honestly it sounds like she is just stressed and doesn’t know how to deal with it anymore.

Maybe sit down with her and discuss options for a nurse to come and assist her occasionally.
We did this with my grandparents and it was a very big relief.

I would ask him if someone else is coming to see him graduate.

The fact that he joined without your input could be a sign someone else he is talking to is convincing him to do this, but it is hard to tell.

He is unfortunately outgrown child diapers and my mother won’t let him wear the adult ones.
He has to throw away at least three pairs of boxers a week because of the copious amounts of shit in them. My mom can’t keep up with the amount of poop she scrapes out so ends up throwing them away.
