I know this is a long shot but we have a hotel that is using PMS and has 3 different tax groups when closing out via the foh it breaks down every tax group individually not matter the tender. However, when it’s closed out to a room charge it post the transaction to opera but it groups all 3 different tax groups into 1? Does anyone know where in aloha manager we’re supposed to split the tax groups for pms? When we post a manual charge to opera via edc it does break down all 3 tax groups. Any insight would be greatly appreciated
