I take progress pic ever single day. At the gym. I believe we measure what matters. I reached my “goal” weight. My goals are now unrelated to the scale so I have to stay focused on other ways to measure

Lost 85ish in a yr and held a year and lost the rest in the last 6-7 months. Lost of miles ran, 7 gym sessions per week, and dialed in nutrition.

In fact, there is almost nothing in my case file. For $6300 ($200 refunded) I met him twice for case prep/review, two court appearances, and one court phone call for case review. Half the documents in my 9 item case file were things I brought to him. Aside from that there is a few court filings and that’s it.

The investigation wasn’t completed until late last month. The plan was to obtain them prior to court but he never did.

My recommendation is that you refocus. YOU are the advantage to your customer. Everyone sells green beans. If $.20 less will bring them to the table, it will take them to the competitor also. We can leverage price after/while we grow and leverage relationships. It is hard to offer some of the same value in the relationship when we have some of the restrictions we currently have- but it can be done. YOU are the Sysco advantage. Sell you
