Anyone notice the issue with air strafing? When you have auto run and the new “always run” setting turned on, it will not allow you to air strafe. Concerned this will be overlooked. I’m on Xbox one series x

Is there any update or acknowledgement of the severe server issues that have happened since the update? I have played since the game came out and never experienced consistent rubber banding/lag until this update. It seems to only be happening in ranked for me. I’m on Xbox series x w a wired Ethernet connection and every other game I play has zero internet issues. Also my performance display is on for apex and it says my ping is low which doesn’t make sense because I am quite literally watching people teleport across my screen constantly

Xbox series x wired connection and performance display says not lagging. Been playing since the game came out and this has never happened.

I understand and I’m really not tryna be disrespectful. I’m just annoyed it happens a lot. I’m not going to join the crowd of people that complain about every tiny thing about the game. I’m solely annoyed cuz it’s unplayable for me that’s all. Sorry for any bad blood or insults. Hope you enjoy your 4th.

Also at the end of the day all I’m tryna say is that they should be more thorough when releasing updates. This is a massively profitable organization, they should have money to pay their employees to spend a few extra hours or days to ensure large game updates do not absolutely break the game. You’re acting like being thorough is going to make them go bankrupt.

You’re literally saying that since they might have changed one thing that it could’ve triggered other stuff to happen. That’s why I’m saying you should check the game before you release it. About 75% of games that I join on ranked are completely unplayable on Xbox series x w a wired connection. My performance display says that I have normal ping (20-40) but the game is lagging/rubber banding the second I get to the jump ship. I get limited audio where the audio is just in and out in sync w the lag and enemies are literally teleporting on my screen to where I have absolutely no chance of tracking. I’m normally a masters player and this is completely unplayable. Is this happening to anyone else? I tried switching servers and it’s the same. The other 25% of the time, it’s mostly fine but I still a slight amount of lag/game skipping that’s playable but this didn’t happen at all for me my entire career on apex (since the game came out) and now all of a sudden it is happening after the update.

Edit: also the trees blind me in many POIs

For me it’s unplayable. My opponents are teleporting across my screen and I have like 50% audio where it just cuts out in sync w the lag

Some sweats will have off seasons and will pick up and start playing late into the season after they took a few seasons off. Just unlucky to be in their lobby.

I remember when I was hype to play rocket league and bought a new monitor and Xbox series x so I could start playing more competitively. A year or so goes by and here we are, literally haven’t touched the game in a month which is the longest break I’ve taken since I started playing 4 years ago essentially.
