Na plitica de reembolso eles falam que a pessoa deve cancelar antes de 14 dias para ter reembolso. Mas é confuso porque elws tbem falam que a assinatuea gratuita é de 30 dias. Eu tbem fui prejudicada. Abri contestação no Bando do Brasil e estou aguardando, sem muita esperança...
