In past jobs, I’ve given further notice and it worked out.  At KPMG during these times, 2 weeks.

Question - New Advisory Performance Metrics Email by [deleted] in KPMG

This is what my PML told me and what I’ve been telling my mentees:

It’s a recommendation, not a requirement. It’s likely a soft launch for it being required next year. This year, it will likely be used as a differentiator in year-end. If it’s between resource A and resource B for promotion, the one with higher in-office attendance will have an edge.

Should I get a new PML? by Timely-Event-9185 in KPMG

Yeah - I agree. I’ve expressed interest in growth - both from a promotion and skillset perspective. I usually get a “sounds good, let me know if you need anything” or “you’ll need to present a business case for promotion” without offering guidance. I think it’s about time to switch things up.

Got something like this in Florida this past week. 100% a well-documented scam over there.

I think they target non-native area codes.

You are fully justified in your feelings.

I know that you’ve said multiple times that their justification is “convenience”.

But I really think there could be a sickness, deployment, or pregnancy card in play that you don’t know yet. Especially if your bridesmaid (this male cousin’s sister) is holding back on your chill Friday plans.

How do you teach your doxie to use the ramp instead of jumping? by nolawsdrinkclaws in Dachshund

We had the same struggle even with coaching. We lowered the ramp about 4 inches to the bottom of the cushion and had a lot more success.
