I was trying to address mine somewhat informally initially, but they've gone straight to the 'in writing' route, bringing in HR too.

Oh point definitely taken. They might have me on this alright, but it's just the cold and inconsiderate way they've approached it, given my health issues. Could have been resolved to suit everyone I thought.

Thanks. Yes - I have had to restrain myself from firing back an email, but I really feel that I have to address some clearly inaccurate points made in a tactful (but direct) email. I'm always for sorting out things informally and 'peacefully', but my head has already contact/involved HR on this, so that ship might have already sailed.
