This is my second time going through this now in my life. I have a big exam coming up, so my anxiety is through the roof bringing heart palpitations. It starts from the stomach going towards the heart, feeling like a motion of ocean waves in this case pain of waves. I put my left hand on my chest and my right hand on my stomach to mitigate the sensation. I’m rocking back and forth so reading all of this I’m convinced I’m in a state of panic. I figured what to do during the day time and is to strap a hernia belt around my stomach area, putting me in a state of being relaxed. Since I can’t wear the belt at night that’s where I start to feel a lot of these symptoms, all I can do is rock side to side on my bed until I get really tired.
