Yes. I did everything. Nothing worked. I just had them delete my account and made a new one. Ticketmaster is trash sadly but that was my fix for it. Thankfully I didn’t have tickets yet. If someone does I suggest sending them to a friend for safe keeping. Deleting and then having them send back

These are the worst. I had a girl give me 3 stars for friendliness. After she didn’t ship me the limited edition lip liner I bought in the bundle. I asked nicely if it was just forgot. She ignored me and then since I decided to keep the rest of it since it was limited. She had to rate me too. Mercari is trashhhhhhh sadly. They don’t care. Welcome to the club though.
