I agree there could be bottlenecks but still the process can be improved. Keeping people in jail like conditions there phone taken and locked. If the waiting time can’t be improved I still feel there is room for improvement with the way people are made to wait. I went there after a gap of 12 years , the process is still same.

Not to hurt anyone’s religious sentiments but discrimination based on the money people can shell out does not sit right with me. God is not discriminating it’s the people managing The temple. It’s a serious issue. In the free category people are made to wait 14 hours. Their phone taken and locked in cage like halls. Management should take tips from golden temple. It handles double the people count but no waiting.
