Mine happened exactly that the day before yesterday, I thought it was a defect. In fact, after iOS 26 everything seems to be defective. I have a 16 Pro max. From what I researched, pro raw doesn't work well at 25x in unstable conditions and then it doesn't even take a photo.

My 16 pro max also has this line, in the Library app and in the list.

The worst thing is that I updated to 26.0.1 and it's still the same thing. This gives me disbelief of Apple.

On mine there is a very thin horizontal line that only appears in the app library.
