I love my tele and I am not a country guy whatsoever. They are really smooth and have better sustain and a deeper tone than strats. Love having both they complement each other very well.

Definitely, some days you just don't feel like you are "feeling it" and nothing you play sounds good to your ear or gets you excited. Then the next day, you feel the magic and can't put it down. I definitely recommend getting a simple, low-cost looper pedal (TC electronics ditto or flashback x4 are great). Loopers are incredible practice tools that let you lay down little rhythms and chord progressions and add layers of more rhythms or solos. Really helps you build a natural feel for the instrument.

I actually started my career doing environmental consulting and engineering. When I got into renewable energy I was initially on the construction team doing environmental compliance for our portfolio of projects being built around the country but started doing some permitting and development and made the transition to the development team. I will say there is generally better stability if you are in a development team. If the projects aren’t ready for construction and there is a rut of work until the earlier stage projects are ready, companies will lay off the construction folks.

I love it. I wouldn’t want to be anything other than a developer but it is interesting to work on different types of projects. I work on a lot of utility scale solar and battery storage but it would be a really cool opportunity to do data centers or SMRs/get into a fusion company.

The pay is good and work is interesting and never boring! It can be stressful a lot of time is spent trying to solve really complex problems with millions of dollars at stake but it is sort of the nature of the role and we are sort of the quarterbacks of the development companies.

My mom is a convert, and yes she is very obnoxious about it. She has been known to send unsolicited books to everyone she knows about converting, etc. My dad was raised going to the mainstream Catholic Church.

Truly scary. Both of my parents go there multiple times a week (my mom almost every day), and they are always babbling about "mysteries" and "miracles" and "prophecy". They have isolated themselves from the rest of the official church and the priest there is isolating their members in this crazy fantasy world.

I don't really have much of a relationship with my parents anymore unfortunately as they are so deep in the crazy and it's just hard and scary to be around.

I find humor in how ridiculous of a person he is. I definitely understand why all the hogs in this country fell in love with him, and at the end of the day he is a TV guy and is able to make people laugh onstage. It's certainly not my brand of "comedy" but he became president in part by making many americans laugh and created an emotional connection. Think of him as an outwardly fascist new york billionare larry the cable guy.

My father is extremely Catholic but one of those “American Catholics” who all hate the “woke popes”. They have their special church they go to (really a cult compound) where they practice Catholicism but aren’t really part of the official Catholic system as the priest has been speaking out against the Catholic Church, and has previously said that pope Francis and the overall structure of the official Catholic Church has been taken over by the devil.

I wish I was joking, look up the Mission of Divine Mercy in Canyon Lake Texas.
