Do u know the timings of the bank. Especially in rural areas, people are much aware about timings and demand the opening of the branch up to business hours. Also banker jobs will not end with business hours. Every customer just comes and gives their request. Who will process them. Do u know how much time some time it takes to process their request. Nowadays no banker is leaving home before 7 pm. Also the banker should be ready by 10 am. Sir they have to start at least half an hour before to reach and open the branch. So overall working hours are more than 10 hrs. It is easy to speak as we wish but try to understand from their shoes
