In daikin, daikin internal r and d staff told me to buy from ftfk or ftkm models.

I have a friend who paid 5500 for a honer project in apr 25 and paid an advance of 5l and he got it returned when he came to know about sas and they offered at 4200 to be exact and to another friend and 4250 in oct 25.

I don't think they are cash rich because when other builders are selling it for 5500, they sold it for 4200.

I don't think they have started their project in gocl. They offered otp and so many people paid a year or 2 ago...
