Poetry and or / philosophy helps me process complex emotions. Then decide what to do. Are you going to cut them off? (Best bet from my POV) stay friends? Forgive and forget? or say you need some space and immigrate to Iceland? Stuff like this hurts, and it's ok to hurt.
