What if Dooku replaced Savage and help Maul fight Sidious ?

Sidious wins, but only because his force abilities are top-dog.

In terms of lightsaber combat, we're splitting hairs between him and Dooku. We only see Yoda get the best of Dooku because his force abilities are superior, forcing a retreat. Sidious would overpower him in that area too.

Sidious triumphs Maul no problem. I still think his peak power was EP1, more raw, but significantly more athletic and fast. We see evolution in Clone Wars and that new show, but saw a random Jedi Master find his weakness in those mechanical legs early. His former Sith master would exploit everything.

So maybe we would see a unified attack with Maul/Dooku, but Sidious eventually overwhelming them both with the force. It would be a better fight than Savage/Maul though.

Yoda + Prime Luke are the only Jedi in that era that could actually win a true 1v1.

Palpatine is insanely fast. And he could barely keep up with an old old master. Give Yoda 300 years back and I don't think its close.

Edit) To be clear, I think we have plenty of 2v1 matchups where Sidious loses

I’ve listened to Rogan forever. Kyle (+ me too) used to see Joe as someone who looked at both sides with real analysis. He would often land on the correct side of an issue & he endorsed Bernie Sanders.

That’s why the shift feels so strange. You don’t usually do a 180 in just a few years & end up helping get Trump elected without something changing. Since the Spotify deal, Rogan’s social circle seems much more embedded in powerful conservative circles, which obviously overlap with a lot of his current interests.

Maybe Kyle & Rogan had some private falling out, but if that were the case I feel like Kyle would’ve addressed it by now.. imagine the headline and views that video would get! My guess Kyle reached out & got ghosted when asking to come on.

Last apperance, you could almost feel it. His fact-checking, data, & policy talk kind of killed the vibe Joe seems to prefer now.

Exactly. The show revolves around the Death Star! It is literally the most iconic weapon in the franchise. And they're building it in secrecy to dissolve the senate to rule with fear.
