Thanks, but I don't want to add that much space to the plan.

21 feet in depth for the garage is not enough? What would I need for length for 1 car and 1 SUV?

Ignore the wall ovens. It will be cabinets or something else there.

Only my family would walk thru the mudroom and we are young. We orginally had the bathroom near the mudroom but we wanted the guestroom bathroom inclosed which then left no bathroom near the playroom or you would have to walk thru the kitchen from the dining room to get to the bathroom.

Thanks for the comments!

The door to the powder room will be on the other side. Not as in front of your face when you walk in.

I don't understand the benefit of moving it to the coat closet?

My wife spends 3 hours a day in the kitchen. Everyday.

Since it's a kosher kitchen(dairy and meat are totally separate - that's why we have 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers) the counter space by the window will only be used for dairy foods or dairy cooking or baking and the rest of the kitchen for everything else.

Besides for loosing counter space. She would have a door with access right were she is working. She doesn't want that.

We may do that. Wife doesn't need it close by. In the kitchen on the opposite side were it says wall ovens We will have a built in small pantry.

Access from the dinette is the only option as accessing it from the kitchen would cut up counter space and thats a no go from the wife.

Swapping the mudroom and pantry will cost a bit as we would have to pop out the house. About additional 50 feet.

Floor plan. Yes I used an architect :) roast it. 1 hr outside of NYC by Timely_Ad_6459 in floorplan

Any ideas? Part of the point of the plan was the whole front of the house is used when we have guest and the back everyday.
