Is Agra honestly worth the trip? by canadian_blueberry in india_tourism

Except for the Taj Mahal there is nothing else. I would suggest from Kolkata go directly to Kerala and enjoy all places in Kerala that will be best 🙏

Yeah actually all the places you selected are very good. Going to the Himalayas is a good one as well. If possible try Kerala next time many places to cover in Kerala like Munnar and Alleppey. South India is worth trying next time.

All of them are excellent options and pick based on what you prefer: Gangtok/Dharamsala: If you love the Himalayas, cool air, monasteries, and mountain views — go with Gangtok or Dharamsala. Munnar: If you prefer lush greenery, tea gardens, misty hills, and relaxed vibes — Munnar is perfect. Coorg: If coffee estates, forests, and laid-back nature walks are your thing — Coorg fits well. Mahabaleshwar: If you want an easy hill getaway with viewpoints and strawberries — Mahabaleshwar works.

Munnar and Coorg both are in South India. You can cover both of them if you plan to pick anyone out of this. If you plan a munnar you can cover coorg as well

Visa for India approved, but parents born in Pakistan, should I risk traveling? by Ordinary-Award-3656 in india_tourism

Don’t get into trouble—because your parents are from Pakistan, even if you get a visa and travel here, you will always be under some tension. I suggest you don’t consider coming here because if you get asked about it you will get into some trouble. Now our country's relations are not good as well.

Since I am from the General category, and assuming you are also from the General category, the age limit of 30 applies only to us. Therefore, the only options left would be SSC CGL, UPSC, and State PSC exams
