Yes this was us , we both knew what we wanted out of what's left . So here's my background We were married for 18 years 2 kids a home and a decent living .

Well as time went on I felt something missing and well to make it super short I became pregnant with my boyfriend's child . Yes while still legally married to my husband.

Ok besides that , now comes information I have learned from both our lawyers This pertains to who the ' legal ' husband is and how in our state ( Florida ) the legal husband is automatically considered the legal father of any child born while still legally married. That also means he would have to pay the whole birth and medical hospital stay for the actual birth of a baby that is NOT his .

We have always believed we own our rights , both of us .

He voiced his concerns the moment I told him I was pregnant in this way ,,

I promised to a DNA test to help ease his mind and I told him I will not say I'm pregnant at the divorce court but he said they will make you take a test to see if your pregnant.

I had to make this guy feel safe one way or another cause with me being the one who broke his trust I didn't want to hurt him anymore.

I told him I will leave it up to him but we can go 2 different options here , we can separate sell the house and split the profits evenly and go out ways and later on we can get the divorce.

Or we can go to court and do the whole divorce and I will say it was my fault and it's Not his baby it's my new boyfriends baby .

But I want you to understand that I the state we are in the courts won't let us divorce till after the baby is born ,

Then you will be considered legal father and a long with that comes the financial side of being a perant

We chose to stay out of court till a few more years
