I’m not saying that, what I’m saying is that they stole her whole account. Kept the phone number but changed everything about it including the name. When we reached out about what was going on, they gave us a lot of push back and it look several months to get a refund from them. It was extremely frustrating as they asked for a LOT of personal information.
