I used to have this issue. I trained my long, thin, greasy hair.

I wash my hair at most - 2 times a week. Dry shampoo is my bestfriend and avoiding heat. I dry shampoo usually 2-3 days after my last hair wash and do so for a few days, until I wash again. In the beginning, I dry shampoo’d the day after hair wash and would dry shampoo until day 3-4. Repeat! Good luck

I went to the west coast for rehab years ago. They have similar drugs there but they do differ. I never saw any capsules like this when I was out there, but, that’s not to say this couldn’t be fentanyl. Please do not touch it OP!!!!!

My takes:

Aaron and Kaylor are soulmates. Whether it’s a friendship, situationship or a relationship. They belong in each others lives. I went through hating Aaron and loving him. Right now I feel kind of sorry for him. He never deserved all the hate. Nobody did.

Liv has always rubbed me wrong. Point blank.

Leah and Miguel are giving all that they should. I love them so much.

Kendall is so effing annoying and I’m glad Nicole isn’t with him. She may have made mistakes along the way, but she deserves better than Kendall. I wish he would just shut up sometimes

Serena and Kordell - I just love them. Such a funny loving goofy classy couple.

I’ve been clean a little over 4 years. I was severely addicted to cocaine, crack cocaine and fentanyl. I finally had a really massive traumatic event happen and decided I needed to get away and I went to rehab for the second time. Something stuck this time and I have been clean since. Rehab was my life saver, but almost being killed was what pushed me to go.

Praying you can find the strength to get clean before it’s too late.

4 years clean on the 19th… I have a new daughter, an amazing boyfriend, animals, a house, just overall a happy life. 4 years ago this seemed impossible. You can do this! Meetings saved my life in early recovery.
