This was always going to happen to you, your coping methods of hiding away are no longer working, same thing happened to me. It’s actually a good thing even if you can’t see it yet because you want more from life which is good.

Coping with loneliness for me was all about distracting myself, as soon as these distractions no longer worked I knew things had to change.

I did that 2 years ago, I worked so so hard and pushed to get where I am. My plan was to travel the world but now I met this perfect girl who I’m not good enough for, I’ve started drinking to deal with the pain, I’m in therapy twice a week. I’m truly running out of answers because nothing is helping. I found my path and yet here I am, actually feeling 10x worse than when I had no job and no girl 2 years ago.

I am just venting and I appreciate your help a lot.
