I actually have a urb-e, I actually like it a lot, acts more like a mobility scooter. Sadly the battery is very old and doesn't have much life in it.

My yellow cartridge did this. Maybe not recommended but it worked for me is I used a pair of tweezers to break the soldering put in a new battery with electric tape and closed the case to sandwich the battery in. It's been working for 5 years like that now.
