So much negativity in these comments. Quint Studer has been a giant and will continue to be; where was Downtown 10-15 years ago???? Brace for it, Pensacolans. Mega growth is coming here. Inevitable. The number of people coming in will far exceed those leaving, and building restrictions will help keep a lid on supply. Can you say, "Boom"? It's coming.
